Our Journey
Ash, Soot, and Smoke, LLC was founded by a group of technology and insurance industry veterans that have been disrupting the industry for the past decade. We noticed that homeowners were often only receiving janitorial and maid services, if any, when impacted by toxic smoke plumes. Incensed by this and the potential long-term health effects on homeowners, we founded a company to fight back ensuring that homeowners, their family, and pets are rightly restored to pre-toxin conditions. We developed a process for using cutting edge technologies and satellite imagery to detect impacted households and the latest in laboratory testing to validate results. We then built a nationwide network of laboratories, public adjusters, and contractors that meet our exacting specifications and protocols for effective remediation and response to smoke, soot, and ash hazards.
